What the petition asks

In light of the recent party defections, these MPs want a second vote on Brexit but won't have a second vote on their seat which they were voted in with a specific party manifesto. I want all defectors now and in future to contest their seat should they change party allegiances.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
