Prohibit Domestic CCTV/motion/auto tracking cameras protruding over boundaries

What the petition asks
There is no strict law only guidelines relating to CCTV for domestic use to stop a persons CCTV from overlooking other people's property. This law needs to be made firm in that no domestic CCTV should overlook and protrude into another person's property
The guidelines are that CCTV should not overlook another persons property. It can however go over the boundary of the property where it is installed. The use of motion tracking/auto tracking cameras tobe restricted to use inside a domestic property and not positioned where they can track movement from anywhere outside the property they are installed. The installation of such cameras over another persons property goes against the grain of the Human Rights Act and the Data Protection Act
