Make balancenortheast.co.uk remove false information relating to breast cancer.

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

Advertising propeganda being produced by balancenortheast.co.uk is factually inaccurate and insulting to the many women living with a breast cancer diagnosis. And does not raise awareness of the types of cancer that are actually caused by alcohol abuse !
Research by cancer research UK in December 2018 found that only 8% of breast cancers were linked to alcohol consumption.

Many women like myself with a breast cancer diagnosis are not "drinkers" this campaign is extremely insulting to women and does not highlight the six main cancers that can be caused by drinking alcohol
