Government desperately needs to address this horribly hot weather in February.

For the first time ever, temperatures have hit record highs of 20C. This is not okay. A month ago Chicago was suffering from extreme cold weather. These are red alerts that Climate Change IS happening, and it is not slowing down, how ever much governments ignore it. WE DEMAND CHANGE NOW.
