Sack Chris Grayling for another blatant failure.

Rejected 17 signatures

What the petition asks

Chris Grayling MP back in the press for awarding a ferry contract to a company which had no ferries.

MPs need to be brought to account in line with anyone in employment. Get rid of deadwood.
Fines of £33M awarded for the ferry scandal. Maybe the fine should be levied against him for his incompetence, not paid from the Treasury coffers.

Don’t let us forget that this MP was found to have claimed expenses for the mortgage on a London flat and renovation whilst having a home less the 20 miles from Westminster.

Why should the taxpayer continue to support his incompetence?

Why it was rejected

It was about honours or appointments, which petitions cannot cover.

We can't accept petitions about appointments, which includes calling for Ministers to be sacked.

If you're concerned about a particular policy or decision that's the responsibility of Government or Parliament, you could start a petition about that.
