What the petition asks
Artificial sweeteners are becoming more popular as manufacturers switch to healthier alternatives to refined sugar. Xylitol is one of the most popular sugar alternatives, but it is lethal to dogs and causes hypoglycaemic shock and liver failure in relatively small doses.
