Make pre-bookable respite available in Sheffield for people living with dementia
Rejected
13 signatures
What the petition asks
With around 7000 people in Sheffield living with dementia, there are an equal number of family carers making physical & emotional sacrifices caring for them at home, thus saving the government millions of pounds. Currently there are less than 20 care homes in Sheffield offering pre-bookable respite.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
