MP’s to live on Universal Credit for 2 months to realise it isn’t working.!!

What the petition asks
MP’s live a comfortable life,no money worries, huge wages, rediculous pay increases, lining their own pockets while the lowest paid sector are having to go to food banks, get behind on bills, become homeless, cannot make ends meet and worse off on Universal Credit and in debt.No one is taking notice !!
It’s time this Government listened to its own people.Scrap Universal Credit and make the benefit system fairer and less complicated.Too many people are suffering while this Government sit and watch them drown. The Government need to have a taste of what it is like to live on the bread line and see how hard it is not knowing where your next meal is coming from or if you can afford day to day bills and have to go without to feed children. They have it too good and wouldn’t be able to manage it !!
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
We can't accept your petition because this would be a decision for individual MPs and not the UK Government or Parliament as a whole.
