Legalize cannabis for recreational use as well as medical use

What the petition asks
Cannabis should be legalized under the same conditions as alcohol i.e no drug driving and only allowed to carry a small amount for personal use. then it can be taxed and controlled properly and the money made off it can go back into schools and the community.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
