The EU referendum should be declared null and void due to breaking UK law

Rejected 20 signatures

What the petition asks

An Electoral Commission investigation has found the 'Leave' campaign guilty of breaking electoral rules and law.

This petition calls for accountability of the 'Leave' campaign and a second referendum held to vote again on the UK leaving the EU. Allowing UK citizens to make an informed choice.
The criminal offences include overspending on their campaign and collusion.

The 'Leave' campaign had a major impact on the result of the referendum to leave the EU. Yet, the people of the UK were misinformed and miseducated by the campaigns false claims, some of which have now been disproved. This false influence has misconstrued the opinions of millions and ultimately led to an inaccurate vote.

Due to this corrupt influence, the vote result should be discredited and retaken.
