What the petition asks
Parliament has proved itself incapable of governing and so we motion that the Prime Minister recommend Her Majesty The Queen dissolves Parliament and governs alone to resolve the Brexit negotiations and ensure the UK leaves the EU as instructed by the British people.
Precedent was set in 1681 when King Charles II dissolved Parliament to govern alone.
