Pleas join and sign this petition in Harrow we have a big problem with drug addicts and drug taking in our local flats and Estates on a daily basis myself and others have drug addicts forcing entry in 2 our blocks causing mess and trouble also frightening vulnerable residents

Harrow council have not got on top of this issue
