Provide additional funding to be able to support free travel for 11-18 year olds

What the petition asks
Parents often have limited choice in the school they send their children to due to high travel costs, leading to reduced social mobility. With additional funding, children would be able to go to better schools, allowing them in the future to access better universities increasing social mobility.
