What the petition asks

Wigan Road is a long stretch of road with no form of speed limitations. There are hundreds of children walking up the street every day. There have been numerous accidents, involving children and also resulting in death. Some people like to use this road to see just how fast they can go.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
