What the petition asks

Cancelling Brexit will only create massive division and ill feeling throughout the UK.

Doing so would not solve anything, as protests would be started by those who won the referendum only to have their win denied them by people who do not respect democracy.

If the result of the referendum is not honoured, uncertainty is the the only sure thing.

Exactly what businesses do not want.
The arguments and resentments could drag on for decades.

We just want Brexit done and dusted.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
