Petition · past parliament

Keep democracy alive in the UK and leave the EU.

Rejected 10 signatures

What the petition asks

The people of this country voted to leave the EU. Watching the smug expressions on the faces of EU bureaucrats, it seems the EU
are hoping perhaps that the UK will revoke Article 50. We should just leave with our heads held high. I won't vote again if we do not leave, as my vote would be worthless

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

We have received a large number of petitions in support of leaving the EU, which are very similar to petitions that are already open. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one asking for the same thing. You are more likely to get action if you sign and share a single petition.
