Brexit has now been delayed, perhaps indefinately whilst our politicians fail to agree.
- On Thursday 23 June 2016 Remain was defeated by 52% to 48% - 17.4m votes to 16.1m - Leave won by over 1.3 million votes.
- On 29 March 2017 Britain invoked Ariticle 50. The House of Commons voted by a majority of 384 votes (498 to 114).
