What the petition asks

Our government and Parliament should be making the withdrawal from the EU happen before the EU election process ,

MP's are putting up barriers and seeking to make their own views and party politics overtake and in some cases to reverse the democratic wishes of the people of the UK. The people of the UK are fed-up with parliaments in-fighting, and squabbling. We are embarrassed by the actions of some MP's in this matter.
I petition our government to do their duty as dictated by the public vote and leave the EU with or without a agreement before the process of the EU elections.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

We have received a large number of petitions in support of leaving the EU, which are very similar to petitions that are already open. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one asking for the same thing. You are more likely to get action if you sign and share a single petition.
