What the petition asks

Mr Tusk indicated that w/out any UK representation in the EU Parl there is no future for the UK in the EU. If, however, the UK hold EU Parl elections, we will be afforded a long term extension without a deadline.
We need this time to make the right decision, the right way, by the right people:RA50

2) 1st Choice: Parliament Petition to Revoke Art 50
3) Loss of Charter of Human Rights after Brexit where the people lose, inter alia, any right to a democratic and fair process.
4) Only SOME UK legislation has been transposed & many Statutory Instruments had NO impact assessment carried out against our human rights eg The Environmental Protection (Amend)(NI) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.
