What the petition asks

MPs are voted into Parliment to represent their constituencey. Failing to represent them and ignoring their instruction to remain or leave is gross misconduct.
E.g. Derby City voted 57% to leave the EU, both MP's are remain supporters and haven't represented the instruction given by the voters

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
