The Prime Minister has already reached an agreement with 27 nations, whose first language is not English.
She cannot reach a deal with Parliament, because Parliament does not want to leave. Parliament is prepared to put its own interests above those of the public

Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
