What the petition asks
Ex-pats lose their British voting rights after a certain period of time. Other countries maintain lifelong voting rights for their citizens. Leaving Europe whatever the "deal" will deprive Brits of many basic rights, including freedom of movement, and all the advantages that Europe has to offer.
There are no accurate figures on the number of Brits currently living in Europe, but if all of them had been allowed to vote, the 2016 results might have been very different.

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
