Remove Jeremy Corbyn from office
Rejected
21 signatures
What the petition asks
The duty of Leader of the Opposition is to robustly oppose the government of the day; a role that is critical to the effective functioning of British democracy. We believe Jeremy Corbyn has been derelict in this duty and should be removed from office with immediate effect.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
The leader of the Labour party is chosen by the Labour party, not the UK Government or Parliament.
