Any Brexit deal agreed by parliament MUST go to public referendum with ONLY 2 choices: the deal and remain. This referendum may NOT use an Alternative Voting system or feature no deal. If the deal fails to achieve 60% of the public vote in favour of deal, Article 50 must be rescinded immediately.
