Replace the House of Commons with a National Assembly outside of London.

What the petition asks
The House of Commons is unfit for modern, multiparty debate. It requires redesign so that every MP has a seat, a desk and the means to cast a vote electronically. An assembly hall in a semicircular amphitheatre outside of London would better represent the people of the UK.
Our elected MPs need a seat each in their Parliament rather than having to play musical chairs with too few places on the crossparty benches. Facing each other off over a room engenders taking the opposite view instead of seeking consensus. Moving out of London to a new purpose built House of Commons fit for the 21st century would better represent the electorate and better suit a place of serious endeavour.
