What the petition asks
There have been several protest in Birmingham towards the No Outsider Scheme and it has resulted in schools in halting said programme. We demand the Government continue the programme and if possible extend this scheme to the parents for better societal cohesion. Otherwise homophobia will fester.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
We can't accept your petition because the No Outsider Scheme isn't a Government scheme. It's a decision for individual schools whether they wish to adopt the programme, not the UK Government or Parliament as a whole.
