Make a General Election the default position upon Theresa May's resignation

What the petition asks

A change of government can't be a Tory stitch-up, the people must decide. No party should be able to play pass the parcel with a post as important as that of Prime Minister.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

If Theresa May resigns as Prime Minister a general election must be held.
