What the petition asks
In extreme circumstances the monarch can dissolve Parliament single-handedly, on the condition "an occasion has arisen which there is fair reason the opinion of the House is not the opinion of the electors. Dissolution is necessary, whenever the wishes are different from the wishes of the nation.
