Do not allow MPs who are candidates for succeeding The PM a vote on Brexit Deal

Rejected 20 signatures

What the petition asks

Those who are likely to take over from May as Prime minister should not be able to vote on May’s Deal as they will be biased.
Their political career should not come before the future welfare of the UK.
Teresa May will stand down as Prime Minister if her Deal is backed, this would lead to an immediate change in opinion for those who are likely to succeed her. They will back her deal to further their political ideal rather than voting in favour of what is good for the People of the UK. Those who are likely to take over From May should not be able to vote on May’s Deal.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

It's not the UK Government's or Parliament's responsibility to bar MPs from voting on issues.
