Suspend Brexit until a referendum on the deal to be delivered is approved.

The 2016 referendum was unclear on what Brexit meant. The notion that the government is implementing the "will of the people" appears increasingly flawed. To resolve this we need a further referendum in which the people can express a view on the form of Brexit that the government will implement.
