What the petition asks
With reports of incentives and promises of various kinds in return for supporting the UK Governments Withdrawal Agreement we need to call out and challenge the morality and potential criminality of this behaviour.
In addition to the Bribery Act 2010 the UK is a signatory to a number of international anti-corruption instruments including the UN Convention against Corruption, the OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials (1997) and the Council of Europe Criminal Law Convention on Corruption (1998) and additional Protocol (2005).
