Stop issuing Parking penalty tickets for delivery drivers

The delivery drivers are very hardworking labour force in the low-income category self-employed also tax payers. But tfl and London borough councils are treating as criminal and Morden slave
Without allowing enough time and space the enforcement staff issues tickets and treat drivers as crimina!!
