Remove Mr Justice Hayden from his position as a judge after sex remark

What the petition asks
Mr Justice Hayden has made a statement that it is a man's fundamental right to have sex with his wife. This statement was made during a case in which a protection order was being sought for a woman with learning disabilities, who has been married for 20yrs, and is no longer able to consent.
If someone is unable to consent to sex, then it is rape. There is a law in the UK stating that consent must be sought within a marriage to prevent matrimonial rape. Mr Justice Hayden is out of touch, and has made a statement that both encourages misogyny and abuse of women and the disabled. Anyone who can make such an abhorrent statement is not fit to hold the position of judge
