Introduce a European Passport for those who wish to retain their citizenship.

What the petition asks
Many citizens of the United Kingdom voted to remain in Europe in the 2016 referendum. In the event that Britain leaves the Europen Union I feel that a European Passport should be offered to anyone who wishes to retain their personal membership of the E.U. The choice would be up the individual.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
