Invite all 27 members of the European Union to become part of the United Kingdom

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

The government has been unable to make progress on Brexit for nearly three years. 48% of the country want us to remain, 52% want us to leave, but half of the leavers want us to leave with no deal and the other half refuse to leave with no deal. If we absorb the EU we get the best of both worlds.
EU member states would enjoy all the same benefits they do now, with the added bonus of having a royal family and a much better flag.
Britain officially leaves the EU as the leave voters demanded, but retains all the benefits of EU membership as all the remain voters demand. It really is the only deal that pleases 100% of the population. Then we can get on with fighting child poverty and saving the NHS and everything else that's been put on hold for three years.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

We can't accept your petitons because this would be a decision for the people of the UK and the 27 EU member state countries, and not the UK Government and Parliament.
