Opioids (Morphine) are made from The
Persian Poppy which is a Plant that is used for Drug Cartels to produce Heroin, if the Government allows Opioids then Cannabis should be Legalised

The UK Gov Changed the law on Cannabis on 1st Nov 2018 to allow Specialist Doctors to Prescribe Medical Cannabis Medication but these Specialist Doctors are Not Prescribing it, Doctors Prescribe Opioids which is made from the same Plant that Drug Cartels make Heroin from yet Cannabis is a Medication for Dozen + Health Issues, it needs to be fully Legalised then the Drug Dealers wont make that money
