Make CMS payments stop if Court Order is ignored regarding access

What the petition asks
Parents who ignore Court Orders regarding visitation with the absent parent should not receive maintenance payments. It’s a fact that the CMS states: you do not pay maintenance in order to see your child, however, too many full time parents are ignoring Court Orders with no consequence.
If this rule were put in place things would quickly change and a fairer system would happen overnight. The absent parent, who is spending thousands in legal fees just to be involved, remains unheard/unimportant unless it’s regarding CMS payments!!! Zero contact with their children even after being granted it through the Courts is unacceptable yet CMS payments are still to be paid!!
