Mental health first aiders should be a legal requirement in any workplace.

What the petition asks
For many people, most of their time is spent in the workplace and this can bring pressure upon them. If first aid is a legal requirement in the work place, then let's amend the "The Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981" to include the ever growing problem of mental health.
" A staggering 70 million work days are lost each year due to mental health problems in the UK" according to the mental health foundation.
