Deport all Foreign Criminals on completion of their sentence.

What the petition asks
With the large increase of foreign personnel in the United Kingdom, it is vitally important that we deport all of the convicted foreign criminals on completion of their sentence.
If the convicted criminals have a spouse also living in the United Kingdom, considerations should be given to the effect on family members and dependants, and this should be presented at the time of appeals process.
If serious sexual criminality is confirmed against children, then consideration should be given to serving sentence in home country of birth.

Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
The UK Borders Act 2007 already requires foreign national offenders to be deported. So we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
