What the petition asks
Theresa May has failed to deliver on the result of the 2016 Referendum to leave the EU and her failure has compounded divisions within society and damaged our democracy. She must be replaced with someone who will restore trust in our democratic institutions and heal divisions.
For almost three years Theresa May has failed to take the UK out of the EU and has repeatedly delayed our departure. It is time to accept that she cannot deliver on her promise to take the country out of the EU and the task should be given to a new person who will succeed.
Why it was rejected
It was about honours or appointments, which petitions cannot cover.
We can't accept petitions that call for someone to be given or lose their job. That includes Ministers and the Prime Minister.
