What the petition asks
Had enough of Theresa May and the Remainers blocking Brexit in the House of Commons. Let us get a pro Brexit PM to take us forward and show the EU how the British people feel.
Why it was rejected
It was about honours or appointments, which petitions cannot cover.
The Prime Minister of the UK is not chosen by the UK Government or Parliament.
After a general election, the Queen decides who to invite to form a Government. In practice, this is usually the leader of the political party that wins the most seats in a general election.
