Make Sky Sports and BT Sport affordable to small rural pubs.

What the petition asks
Small rural pubs are closing at an astonishing rate and taking the heart out of hamlets, villages and small towns. The rates charged by Sky Sports and BT Sport are proving prohibitive and mean smaller establishments either lose money, or are priced out of participating.
These pubs also lose their customers, who choose to go into larger pubs and huge chains in towns and cities to watch the events. We feel that Sky and BT are behaving improperly to smaller premises, and are contributing to the demise of the Great British Pub.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
This would be a decision for Sky Sports and BT Sport and not the UK Government or Parliament.
