What the petition asks
Evidence can normally be produced through social media messages and or text messages leading back to the person or persons involved in the bullying. These people need to be held accountable for they're actions. These actions should be considered as manslaughter or at the very least assisted suicide.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
We can't accept your petition because the decision to charge someone is taken by the police and CPS, which are independent of the UK Government or Parliament.
