Make Solar panels compulsory on all new build homes by 2020.

What the petition asks
We must act now to reduce global warming. One way in which we can do this is to use more renewable energy resources. As solar panels are becoming cheaper and the number of new houses being built is increasing all new houses should be fitted with these renewable energy resources.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
