Ensure care providers pay sleep rates equivilant to hourly minimum wage.

What the petition asks

I have worked in care for 5 years and as the wages normally paid by car companies is minimum wage we are certainly not doing it for the money. We work long shifts and some of these are including sleep ins. Where you may be in a house with 4 patients. You get aprox £30 a night.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

Ensure carers are paid every hour they are in work place including sleep in duty
