Hold a Public Enquiry into the legitimacy of the EU Referendum Result
Rejected
21 signatures
What the petition asks
We the undersigned require that the government hold a public enquiry into the legitimacy of the result of the European Union membership referendum of June 2016.
If the result is found to be based on lies, cheating and misinformation, for that result to be declared 'null and void' and for the referendum to be re-run based on the actual consequences of leaving. Also for the immediate temporary suspension of Article 50 until such a time as the public enquiry is complete and a decision reached based upon the result of that public enquiry.
