Ban smoking directly outside of shops,cafes & pubs by having smoke free zones.

What the petition asks
Since the smoking ban in July 07 this has created a problem of people congregating outside of pubs,shops & cafes to smoke.Meaning that when entering these buildings most times you have to walk through a crowd of people & smoke.Particularly in winter months when people stay close to door to keep warm
