What the petition asks
Currently in the UK energy generated from solar sources, as part of a range of renewable sources, is less than the identified potential by almost 50%
To reach UK wide emission targets, and a new economy of renewable energy sources it is necessary for all new build properties to integrate solar or wind sources. There should also be a secondary framework for retrofitting on existing homes.
