16 year olds - 18 year olds get charged adult prices on buses and trains

What the petition asks
16-18 year olds get 4.20 an hour, for working at most places nearly all, and get charged a full adult price on the bus and train, they get a children's pay but are made to pay full
Please see that this is unfair and something needs to be done. 16-18 year olds should not have to pay full prices!
