Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

Merseyflow has a reputation for failing having been placed before the Traffic penalty tribunal for failures they have an appalling reputation for customer service but remain the contractor empowered by Halton Council
Merseyflow fails to correct errors had many outstanding issues about employment of bailiffs and the Traffic penalty tribunal has ruled failings by the operator on two separate occasions.

The bailiffs employed by the operator do not operate within guidelines and the operator is aware of this but refuses to accept the case. The failure to get the crossing right and to ensure that they have followed the rules for charging has been made by the Traffic Penalty Tribunal.
